CBT Certify offers a 30 day money back
performance guarantee. Courses must be returned in like new and original condition. Course suites with more than 1 cd must remain 50% unopened
or no more than 2 open cd's. For example, if the suite contains 2 cds, then only 1 is allowed to remain open for refund eligibility
and if it is a library suite containing
more than 2 cds, then NO MORE than 2 cds
may be returned open to receive a
refund. What this means is that if
you have purchased an MCSE library suite
that contains 7 cds, if you have opened
2 and are not satisfied with the courses
you should not open anymore or you will
not be able to receive a refund. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
as well as a 15% restocking fee if any
of the included cds have been opened and
are not defective.
How long will it take to receive my order?
CBT Certify usually takes up to 24 hours to process and ship. Package arrival will vary on your UPS method selection.
Can CBT Certify ship to PO Box or to APO address?
CBT Certify can not ship to PO Box addresses. This is a policy by UPS and since we use UPS to deliver your order, CBT Certify will require a physical mailing address. For all APO orders, CBT Certify will use US Postal Service shipment method.
Can I share the courses with other employees or friends?
Each course purchased is a one user license only. You can install on multiple computers, but you can not share the courses on a server or allow other students to use the same course.
Does CBT Certify multi-user license programs?
Minimum
requirements for a multi-user license
is (5) five training participants or more.
If you are interested in Multi-user licensing

to install the courses on one machine
with the intent of sharing the courses

Can my company purchase by Purchase Order?
CBT Certify does not accept Purchase Orders on first time ordering basis if you are not an education or government entity. Net Terms must be 15 days or better.
Does CBT Certify offer an exam pass guarantee for certification purposes?
Depending on
the courseware suite purchased you may
be eligible for a maximum of a 120 day no pass no pay exam guarantee.
For applicable exams you must show proof of your Self-Test simulation certification exam of 95% or better at a minimum of 2 consecutive attempts
within 24 hours. You then have 5 calendar days to take the actual certification exam. If you fail after the first attempt within 5 calendar days and received 95% or better on the Self-Test exams, you will be refunded 100% of the course purchase price less shipping/handling
and a 15% restocking charge.
Please note that in addition to the
above requirements, you must also return
the courseware to cbt certify in good
and undamaged condition.
At the sole
discretion of CBT Certify, in certain instances deemed
appropriate, instead of requiring the return of the course to
us, we reserve the right to reimburse you only the cost of the
failed exam through a voucher enabling you to re-take the failed
certification exam('s) again at no additional cost to yourself.
If I am new to I.T. certification, which courses are recommended?
If you are new and have limited experience with networks and computer repair, there are pre-requisite courses prior to MCSE, MCDBA or Cisco CCNA. You can take A+, Network+ and also MCSA certification courses. Our MCSA courses also include A+ and Network+. These are beginner courses for the IT administrator prior to MCSE or CCNA certification training.
Does CBT Certify offer online mentor support?
CBT Certify offers 24/7 online mentor support for the exams only. You may ask concept questions related to the exam simulations through an online support mentor.
How do I become a CBT Certify authorized reseller?

Can I just buy the books or exam preparation software alone?
Yes. Exam preparation software by Self-Test software are offered at 30% below retail and books can be purchased on a individual basis. Please call if you are looking to place book orders to ensure that your order will ship promptly.
What are the procedures to return courses if not satisfied?
Returns for courses purchased from the
USA can ONLY be handled through our US
Offices. Returns shipped to an
office other than the one authorized
with your RMA will be refused, or worse,
non-deliverable. You must call
727-466-4301 and request an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number within
30 calendar days of receiving the course. You
must also state who your representative was
that helped you (this can be found on
your receipt). All returns without prior RMA approval will be rejected. Courses must be returned in like new and original condition. Course suites with more than 1 cd must remain 50% unopened
or no more than 2 cds, whichever is less. For example, if the
MCSE suite contains 7 cds, then only 2
is allowed to remain open for refund
eligibility. Shipping and handling fees
are not refundable. There is also
an additional 15% restocking fee on all
products returned for reasons other than
being defective. Once you have
have your RMA number you simply ship the
software you are returning to the office
specified with your RMA Number

return your product to).
What is the difference between static and dynamic labs?
Static Labs allow you to complete a task without the ability to move freely. Dynamic Labs lets users MOVE FREELY throughout a simulated environment and accomplish tasks in a variety of ways. Furthermore, MCSE Training Labs contains a robust reporting tool that gives you instant feedback after you complete each simulation. Most courses contain static labs and you can view the entire list of
available Dynamic Labs.
